At Rioxly, we want every customer to feel confident in their subscription. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for Rioxly subscription plans.
All paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Premium) include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be collected and you will retain access until the trial expiry date.
If you are not satisfied with your Rioxly subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment date. This applies to the first payment on a new subscription only.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@rioxly.comwith the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address.
Refunds are not available for partially used billing periods after the initial 14-day refund window. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day refund window applies from the date of the annual payment. If you request a refund within 14 days, you will receive a full refund of the annual charge. After 14 days, no partial refunds will be issued, but you may continue using the service until the end of your annual billing period.
All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You will receive an email reminder before any renewal charge is processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Rioxly dashboard, navigating to Settings → Billing, and selecting "Cancel Subscription." Alternatively, you can contact us at support@rioxly.com and we will process the cancellation for you.
All payments for Rioxly subscriptions are securely processed by our authorized payment partner. Rioxly does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or bank account details. For questions about a specific charge, please contact us at support@rioxly.com.
