3. Payment Processing & Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you purchase a subscription through Rioxly, your payment is processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd for customers outside the USA, or Paddle.com Inc for customers in the USA). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and is the legal seller of the subscription. Rioxly does not directly collect, store, or process your payment card details.

Paddle may collect the following information in connection with your purchase: your name, email address, billing address, payment method details, IP address, and browser/device information. This data is collected and processed by Paddle under their own privacy policy.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share limited information with Paddle.com as part of the payment and subscription process. This includes your email address and subscription details to facilitate order fulfilment, account management, customer support, and fraud prevention.

We may also share your information in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process.

5. Data Retention
