Add team members, assign roles, and set up staff PIN login.
3 minGo to Dashboard → Team → Add Member. Enter their name, email, and role. They'll receive an invitation to join your restaurant's dashboard.
Available roles: Owner (full access), Manager (everything except billing), Staff (orders and kitchen only), Kitchen (kitchen display only), Waiter (waiter dashboard only).
For shared devices like a counter tablet, enable Staff PIN Login. Each team member gets a unique 4-digit PIN. They tap their PIN to clock in — no email/password needed.
PIN login is designed for quick access during busy service. The system tracks which staff member processed each order for accountability.
💡 Tip: Use PIN login for front-of-house staff on shared devices. Use email/password login for managers accessing the dashboard from personal devices.
