Process incoming orders, update order status, and manage the queue.
3 minThe Cashier dashboard shows all incoming orders in a queue. Each order card displays: order number, items ordered, customer name, order type (dine-in, takeaway, delivery), and total amount.
Orders are colour-coded by status: New (blue), Preparing (amber), Ready (green), Completed (grey), Cancelled (red).
Click an order to view full details and update its status. The typical workflow: New → Accepted → Preparing → Ready → Completed.
You can also edit orders (modify items, adjust prices), cancel orders, and add notes for the kitchen.
For shared devices at the counter, enable Staff PIN Login. Each team member gets a unique PIN to clock in and out. The system tracks who processed each order.
