Enable online ordering, set delivery fees, minimum order amounts, and tax rates.
4 minGo to Dashboard → Settings → Ordering. Toggle 'Enable Ordering' to allow customers to place orders from your menu page.
When ordering is enabled, an 'Add to Cart' button appears on each menu item. Customers build their order and submit it through a checkout flow.
Enable Delivery — allow delivery orders in addition to dine-in and takeaway. Delivery Fee — set a flat delivery fee that's added to delivery orders. Minimum Delivery Order — set a minimum order value for delivery eligibility.
These settings apply to all delivery orders. You can adjust them at any time.
Tax Rate — set your applicable tax percentage. This is calculated and displayed at checkout. Prep Time — set an estimated preparation time (in minutes) shown to customers after they place an order.
Both fields are optional but recommended for a professional ordering experience.
