3 minGo to Dashboard → Marketing → Promos. Click 'Create Promo' and configure: name (e.g., 'Summer Special'), discount type (percentage or fixed amount), discount value, and optional validity dates.
You can generate unique promo codes for customers to enter at checkout, or apply promotions automatically to specific items.
Percentage discount — e.g., 10% off order total. Fixed discount — e.g., $5 off orders over $30. Free item — e.g., free drink with any main course. Buy-one-get-one — BOGO deals on select items.
Set maximum usage limits (per customer or total) and minimum order values to control costs.
